We check and recheck before dispatching our products. You will receive the product in the best condition. But if you find any damage or defect, please initiate your return in 48 hours with a reference picture/video and order number. Drop us a mail at email@example.com. While returning/exchanging products, please ensure they’re in their original packaging. We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. Refund shall be made through the original payment mode within 7 business days. please note that if from any place we are unable to pick up the parcel, the customer is expected to send it back.
