Terms and Conditions for Refer a Friend Program

Welcome to Kaunteya's refer a friend program. By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The program is open to all existing customers of Kaunteya.

  2. Referral link: To participate in the program, the existing customer must share their unique referral link with their friends. The referral link can be shared through email, social media, or any other means that is suitable.

  3. Discount for the friend: The friend referred by the existing customer is entitled to a discount of 1000 rupees on an order worth 10,000 and above. The discount will be applied automatically at the checkout page if the referred friend is a new customer for the brand.

  4. Ineligibility for existing customers: If the referred friend has placed an order with the brand before, they cannot benefit from the program.

  5. Discount for the existing customer: Once the referred friend places an order, the existing customer will be eligible for a discount of 1000 rupees on an order worth 10,000 and above. The discount will be applied automatically at the checkout page.

  6. Validity of the referral link: The referral program shall be valid till 6th April 2024. Any orders placed after the expiry of the referral program will not be eligible for the discount.

  7. Limitations: The referral program is subject to a fair usage policy. Kaunteya Overseas Private Limited reserves the right to withhold or cancel discounts if any misuse of the program is detected.

  8. Non-transferable: Discounts earned through the program are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

  9. Modification or termination: Kaunteya Overseas Private Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated through the company's website or other suitable means.

  10. Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
